How do we know if a creature will trigger the Zombie Hunter armor? I was fighting an undead dragon and assumed it counted as undead being its in the name, but the armor didn't trigger against it.

Zombie and undead aren't the same thing. If Z hunter is true to the name it's going to trigger vs zombies not undead. In AQ a zombie is a beings that is between life and death an essentially neutral anima(life force) I believe. While and undead would just be a being of negative anima.

In a simpler manner "undead" is a very wide tag while "zombie" is a very specific one. ex: like "vampire" or "skeleton" would be specific kinds of Undead

That said I know nothing about the items.

edit: and yes Undead Dragon is tagged as "undead", just not "zombie"
