Hunter's Darklaw question

So I was trying to work out the damage formula for some equipment so that I wouldn't have to bother everyone so often. However, when looking at the Hunter's Darklaw I noticed something off about the output when I tried to calculate the trigger formulas.

Dracopyres: Base is multiplied by (85 / 91 * 1.15) = 0.934 * 1.15 = 1.074

Werepyres/Dracovamps/Weredragons: Base is multiplied by (85 / 89 * 1.10)
= 0.955 * 1.1 = 1.051

Weres/Vamps: Base is multiplied by (85 / 87 * 1.05) = 0.977 * 1.05 = 1.047

Did I calculate those correctly, because if so than a 7% damage increase on Dracopyres only seems somewhat lacking. The only real advantage it seems to offer is elemental coverage for all Darkovian enemies, which outside of Role-Playing is not a major issue for anyone with normal coverage.

 You are forgetting it's also getting BtH, which is what the 85 / 91 is accounting for. 85 is the base assume accuracy rate. 91 being 85+6

Wait, so that's for a conversion of damage to accuracy?

 Correct, it's starting with a basic boost like 10% ( 85 / 89 * 1.10 ) and adjusting it based on the extra BtH (85 / 89 * 1.10). Assumed BtH/New BtH * trigger

Alright, so they're effectively bonuses of 15,10 and 5, but because it's stated more towards being an accurate weapon, they don't appear as impressive. Thanks, that explains quite a bit.
