Spoilers ahead, below are the items: spoiler:
The pet is an Ice pet that can switch between damage mode and freeze mode. According to the description, it also increases freeze potency. The shield sounds like it makes you more resistant to stun/control/freeze. -26 ice resist, 12/17/12 MRM. I'm not sure what the melee/ranged weapons do, but the magic weapon boosts ice spell damage. The special has maybe a 10% proc rate? Not sure. HOWEVER, when I tested it, I have never seen it not miss - so maybe bugged? The armor is fully offensive ice, with water and wind secondaries (45/52/45 MRM). Definitely a bit disappointed it's not FD considering the bow theme of the set. The skill is currently BUGGED when used against combat practice trainer, but seems to work against other mobs. It changes the armor lean to neutral, locks you into ice damage + a small damage boost, and turns your attack into a "100% proc" attack with an attack type matching the attack type of your weapon. When using a Frostgale weapon, it will attempt to freeze. It also looks like it has a proper special. The FSB is a chance to freeze I believe and you get "Opponents take penalty to any saves against statuses which both immobilizes and reduce defense". I'm not sure if that means it is makes them weaker against immobilize/defense reduction effects or if it means you are more resistant or both. In my opinion, the pet is extremely powerful - likely better than both Diamond Flutterby and Nilak. The shield is meh, unless you are facing an opponent with ice attacks that also paralyze/control/freezes. You are likely better off with Cryo-Chrono Shield/Father Time/Pies, depending on your build. The magic weapon seems to be an upgrade on Arctic Athame, if its special wasn't bugged (if it is indeed a bug). Armor seems to be outclassed by subrace armors/HSVV/Cryomancer BM, but is probably the best option after that. The FSB...depends on what it means. If it only gives you +20 roll against effects that immobilizess AND reduces defense, then I don't think it's much use as there aren't any effect that does both. However, if it works on effects that freezes OR reduces defense, then it might be worth running the full set in your inventory to help with love potion/mesmerize/snarl (Shield is OK, pet is BiS, weapon is decent, armor is meh but good enough to run). EDIT: NVM, info subs are out. Pet is amazing. Weapon is decent. Armor is alright quite strong considering its skill has no cost (outclassed by HSVV/subrace/cryomancer). Shield is meh. FSB is meh (as you will likely not be attempting to freeze an ice mob).
