I'm really glad to see the Tower quest continue and looking forward to the new ice set (though that shield looks a little weird).

That said... the set's 100-proc ice weapon is going to be premium? Did I get that right?

 No main set weapons are locked behind a purchase. The package item works with the set as an added bonus. The set itself will offer something interesting for that particular niche.

Still hope we get 40/40 wind/ice compression. It seems more likely this will be ice with wind secondary though.

That is one of the Marvelous Captain faces that can be found in the Z-Token face shop. This will be a Friday release folks! The release, being one of the biggest of the year, will be coming this weekend. I will keep you updated!

 Mystic K.Arbitrary works well nicely as an opener with Zorbak Doll nevermind have you Arctic Athame, Blade of Frostval Past, ZFinity Gaunlet: Power and Amulet of Drakonnan/ranked Cryomancer's Robe or just Awe Blast Blade of Awe/Arctic Tornado with a spellcasting stave/Azamay Egg. Can't wait to see the continuation i.e. fights, more challenge bosses and, of course, phat loots - cheers.

How do the hoods work? I bought the package, but I didn't get any new faces. I did get the Frostwalker title and the Bow, though.

 Captain Rhubarb is working on a solution for the missing faces!

Face distribution issue has been fixed, everyone that has bought the package will find the Frostwalker Hoods in their inventory.

Hollow, would it be possible to add the Spirit of Change to the Ballyhoo's shop as soon as possible?
It gives +10% gold from battles during the Donation Contest but it's (a bit) annoying to switch it between characters.

@Kurtz96: Same as every other release in AQ. We don't know what the gimmick will be and we don't know when the info subs will be posted (though we can assume they'll be put up within a few days). The frostgale bow has a freeze effect, which would hint the set may revolve around freezing enemies

 Kam has posted info subs for the Zombie Hunter Set. The set was leaving once this week's release went live so it has stayed a few extra days, tomorrow will be the last day before the Zombie Hunter package goes rare. We'll get those missing token package shops updated soon. As far as the set... the bow is indeed a big hint!

The pet is going to have to be pretty ridiculous to replace Nilak as the freeze pet. And does status infliction implies FD? Cause the desert raider armor could inflict 3 different statuses and was FO.

@Kurtz96: Is Nilak that good? I have him because he's adorable as heck but I don't know how it competes with others. I know the -20 to Freeze doesn't stack with the already -20 save on the Ice Katanas and there aren't too many Freeze inflicting items in end game (Nezujimbo, Katar of Ice, Frozen Dragon Buster, and apparently Nilak's Frostbite (dang that's a great weapon that I wish I had))

The synergy with Nezujimbo (and presumably this MC set) is pretty great for beastmasters. Basically the best freeze chance in the game. Add in the freeze effect from the weapons in this set and you should be able to freeze lock your opponent.

Nilak is great because his ability is passive. I personally always thought those type of pets were the best kind.

I wonder if this set will have something similar.
