I'd imagine that the thunderset weapons for the delivery war set would go perma rare, as for the others I think they are seasonal but get a staffers answer before they all go just in case.

Delivery Set weapons from the past year or two haven't gone rare in the Tree quest (i.e. have been seasonal), so at least thus far nothing from that quest has gone permanently rare.

Correct me if I'm wrong but I think this is the first time Delivery set Weapons(that belong to an actual set) have appeared in the Decorate Tree Quest. This situation is quite different from the previous Frostval's.

Could the pet have a 100% healing rate instead of the current 20%, please? A bit like Vampoglin if you will. It would be infintely more useful and pair nicely with the Mana Bat to restore MP for example.

 Can anyone else confirm the stat ranges for their New Year's equipment? I'm looking at the damage and BtH ranges of the L150 Melee/Ranged weapons (Far Northern Hospitality/Greeting respectively) and I'm reading from their weapon descriptions that it's "6 to 16" for Melee, "4 to 18" for Ranged, and both have 2% for BtH. I've also seen the Balmung say "5 to 15" with 2%, but that says level 0 when Item Sorting and I don't know if it's just level scaling without an on-screen pop-up or not. I'm confused by the inconsistency of the Gift Box '19 items and if their functioning improperly or if their descriptions are just mislabeled.

They scale, so while it does show "lv 1" stats, they should still deal the correct damage. Have you tested yours?
