Honestly, I think I missed the memo completely on these. I know that I have the weapon and shield of AWE!!!, but I'm assuming that I will have to buy a bunch of GGBs again to try and get the armor, correct? I don't see any option to get on on the GGB exchange page.

But if anyone could be so kind as to enlighten me on what the updates do, and which items would be better for a mage build like mine I'd be very grateful. I don't know if the bugs have been fixed, but I still don't see a way to swap between the items in the Guardian Tower.

As far as I know, the Awe!!! button at Valencia's is the only way to get any !!! upgrades.

UG armor update. Also became FO.

Awe armor update.

While one could argue for the UltraGuardian, the mp heal is fairly minor and there are better FO armors available. Personally, I'd suggest keeping the Insightful Awe instead - the mana shield is quickcast and stays even if you switch armors, which has potential for some interesting shenanigans, even if it's not on the level of Gandolphin.

You can switch to UG armor at the Guardian Tower, and to Awe at Valencia > Visit Grumbulgy > Awe Equipment > Awe Item Exchange > Awe Armor.
