Is there a reward for Yonder?

And what happens when you click somewhere? Is it just randomly one of the 6 choices on the left?

Crossroads states its for Somewhere its a random pick among six locations.
The linked entry also states your char receives one Health and Mana Potion after each Yonder battle.
