Could someone tell me where the special enchantments for weapons, like the "power word" one is please? I thought it was /join crossroads, but that didn't work.

The awe enhancements are accessed through Valencia in the /museum map. You click on Artifact Quests then either Blade of Awe of Armor of Awe and on the side the option for them will show up provided you had completed the Blade of Awe already.
