Depending on where your house is, you either cap out on energy and food quicker, or wood and stone quicker. What if there was an estate building that converted the production of an already capped resource to another resource? For example, I have maximum amount of food, 13000, so for the subsequent hours, the suggested building will convert 10%/20%/30%, depending on the level, all the way up to 80% of hourly food production to a specified resource of my choice?

For an hourly food production of 100, I can choose to obtain wood instead, and get +80 wood per hour to compensate for the capped food resource. Hope that makes sense. Thanks.

Trade Hut already allows resource exchange.

Yes but this is automatic. What if you're sleeping and your food and energy resources fill up? This building is a solution to that.
