Years ago I bought a Sword of Reaper. I went inactive for a few months back then and it disappeared from the alt who had it. I contacted Safiria back then by both PM and E-mail, but never received a response. I went inactive again, but now that I'm back I'd like to know if I can get this fixed, or not.

Only Z Token purchases are tracked in the game, thus there is no way to confirm whether or not one has sold a Donation item unless the handler of Donations items has documented the items rewarded to the character's id.
I advise PMing an AQ Dev to first ask if such documentation exists, if it does, the second step would be to contact Support in regards to the missing item with the Dev having forwarded to them the documentation.

Who should I PM then. The only Devs I know are Galanoth, Artix and Safiria.

Galanoth have handed his position as AQ Game Lead to Hollow, Artix is spending the majority of his time in AQ3D and mobile development, Safiria has left AE Support for several years.

Kamui and In Media Res are AQ's programmers that have been around for many years, they are the ideal persons to contact.
