Static Grenade skips turn while Rooted

This has probably been true since Static Grenade was changed to do damage, but this was just discovered. When Armored Roots, Infernal Fortitude, or Tentacle Prison is active on a Bounty Hunter, the BH can see Static Grenade as an option, but if Static Grenade is selected the game sticks for a moment and then the BH's turn is skipped.
