Are the Orbs(Arcane, Blood, Shadow) still giving the weapon/helmet quests? Im thinking about using a GIODA to get them but I wanted to be sure first and the wiki still technically has the quests listed.

 It appears some quests are available, as I just equipped my Shadow Orb and was able to view the quest pane with "Shadow of Nulgath" as the available quest.  The only items that I see are available are as follows:

Shadow Orb's Quests

Shadow of Nulgath

Blood Orb's Quests

Receipt of Nulgath

Arcane Orb's Quests

Receipt of Nulgath

Therefore, based off of my findings, it seems the only armor piece available is the Shadow of Nulgath, from the Shadow Orb. However, the Shadow Orb's Questline is listed as a pseudo-rare, which means this quest requires an item that is no longer accessible or purchasable in-game. For example, the Void of Nulgath, an integral piece to complete the Shadow of Nulgath quest, is Rare. If permitted, you may want to consider utilizing your Item of Digital Awesomeness to obtain one of your desired armors. Have a good one!
