The only ones that I can think of, is:
Rogue class Black cat, Mirror Ryuusei (forum entry not updated, guest has updated leveling and stats) that inflicts The Cold status, and Ninja Lawyer Assassin red tap attack that inflicts Entangle status.
Which is the best? Any others that I might not know about are more than welcome.
From my understanding; Black Cat:
Pros-
1 Low maintenance
2 almost guaranteed reduction of BtH to opponent's attack
3 not dependent on enemy elemental resistances
4 not dependent on CHA
Cons-
1 effects each hit individually so overall less coverage compared to a flat status infliction
2 does not deal damage
3 has no benefit from celerity
From my understanding; Mirror Ryuusei:
Pros-
1 drains MP instead of SP so with all the miscs it can be used without decimating SP every turn
2 cold can stack and each subsequent attack makes next attempt much more likely since is reduces enemy blocking
3 deals damage
4 would benefit from celerity
Cons-
1 Since MP doesn't auto regen, might be a hassle with miscs that drain MP or if spells and therefore chunks of MP is used
2 reliant on enemy ice resist to stack effectively
3 reliant on enemy CHA to stack effectively
4 reliant on successful hit to a stack effectively
5 reliant on CHA?
6 handicap against enemies with negative elemental modifier to ice
From my understanding; Ninja Lawyer Assassins: also has other abilities but not counting those
Pros-
1 Decent upkeep as they only take SP when specifically used
2 entangle stacks and not only lowers enemy accuracy but defense as well I think
4 deals damage
3 would benefit from celerity
Cons-
1 Reliant on enemy darkness resist to stack effectively
2 reliant on enemy STR which is almost always very high, to stack effectively
4 reliant on reliant on CHA?
3 reliant on successful hit to stack effectively
5 becomes handicap against enemies with negative elemental modifier to darkness
