Ok hold up. I just opened my monthly GGBs and for the last one I had I chose the Awe!! option I'd hardly (once or twice tops) chosen before. It just didn't seem like a priority especially when you according to the game you only get common boxes if you don't get the upgrade. Only I got an UR this time around. Is there actually no downside to choosing the AWE!! option for giftboxes? What box's space does an upgrade take if you do get it? I might just filter my future boxes through the AWE option if there is no downside to it.

We have no official information on how the GGB chances work.

I'd say you should always use the !!! Upgrade when opening boxes. I don't think it decreases your chance of getting a R/UR.
