I missed out on the Eternal Dragon Collection chest, and i tried to see if I could use one of my donated items of awesomeness to get it.

All the items from the chest are available, but the chest itself doesn't seem to be. All other collection chests are there, so what gives?

Far as I can tell, the item has gone rare, and it meets all the other requirements of being available from the price pool.

You can only receive items that other players have donated, and only the quantity that has been donated (minus those that have already been claimed) can be claimed.
So, for instance, if no player has donated it, no copies of it will be available. And if only 1 has been donated and a person has already claimed that copy, no copies will be available.

Unless there has been a change to the system in the time I've been gone, that is how it's supposed to work.
