What does the auto-hit property actually apply to? Does it cause just auto-attacks to not miss or does it also apply to skills?

Weapon based attacks including its special will auto hit, Weapon-type skills such as those that receive Elecomp to cost are applicable, Spell-type skills such as those that receive Elecomp to damage are not applicable.
