for whatever reason, when i try to buy z token package or artix points, my transaction keeps being canceled, i've never had this issue before and im not sure why its happening, can someone explain what the issue might be and how i might solve it?

Might be an issue with your bank. I know when I bought mine it flagged as fraud with my bank and I had to call them to authorize the transaction. Could be a good place to start.

call bank or call the company your credit card is for?
