Are there any random element pet/guest available that don't cost z-tokens? Greater than 3 elements is what I need.

There is Archmage Research 3, a spell that includes a Summon Mana Spirit, which does random elements but costs MP.

For pets, there is the (now rare?) Mana Golem, that randomly does all elements, plus harm and heal. Another is the Four-Eyed Freak, I think. I am not sure where that is from. Maybe from The Void... It'll return some day as the bosses and in rotation.
