Does anyone know of any Weapons / SP Spells / Misc. / etc. that can either drain or simply deplete enemy MP?

I have the Underwyrmling for depleting the SP bar, but would love something to complete the set "Block the Bosses"

The character in question's info is below to see what I have access to.

I don't know of any non-INT char items that do this. But the Warlic's Oblivion Sphere misc from the URGGB can lock the monster from using MP for 1 turn. Its upkeep cost is MP, so it can only be used once per full heal (unless you can recover MP).
The Silk-Screamer Staff (from the Silk-Screamer Void Takeover boss) has a new status called Mindlock which also locks the monster's MP. It's a Magic weapon.

So attacking Mana reserves is only usable for INT Mains in Magic battles? Not a great start, but thanks.

If you think of anything else, please let me know

The war totem from z token package can drain the mana of the enemy per turn if its mana are fully drained. It will start draining their hp.

Another thing is the Lycan Blade from werewolves shop. It doesn't drain mana but it steals mana for you
