Is it normal that my FPS drops so much when using Celestial Manifestation from Paladin Armor? Is there any way I can fix this?

It is normal. It's a huge guest. It's already been optimized once, it was even worse before. It still needs some optimization, though.
Many players just don't use it due to the lag.
