How do I gather candy to boost Sugar Rush on Silk Screamer Rider?

From Mogloween's Trick or Treat, where the player has a third of a chance of each: only candy, candy looted from a defeated monster or candy for wearing a Mogloween mask when a moglin NPC is encountered.

Holiday event themed resources are limited quantity power boost treated like potions where they are not necessary to be effective in standard combat, they are usually added to standard or MC equipment for no increase in monetary price

Actually, You can get access to Mogloween for candy through Mogloween Portal Painting. I guess you missed the chance to purchase the painting.
