So I have been testing Nekoverlord and I was thinking the skill is meant to consume all the remaining Burn and Bleed statuses on the opponent and instantly apply the remaining damage these statuses were supposed to deal.

Looking at the formula though (from the Sol Neko Pedia entry), how come the Bleed contribution to the skill damage is so much lower than the Burn contribution? Bleed contribution is Power/100, while Burn contribution is Power/10.

Shouldn't the formula for Bleed contribution remove the /100 since a Power 0.1 Bleed is equivalent to a Power 1 Burn, both doing roughly 10% Melee?

I was testing with Combat Trainer, a Power 2 Bleed does roughly the same damage as a Power 20 Burn per turn. However, Nekoverlord does significantly more damage when consuming the 1-turn Power 20 Burn than when consuming a Power 2 Bleed.

As Bleed doesn't have a set amount of turns part of its power is found within the save it makes to see if it continues to persist.
For example 10% melee is equivalent of a a Power 2 Burn and Power .1 Bleed assumed to average two turns, both are on +0 bonus to enemy save.

The Devs most likely erroneously looked at Burn's Power display when they wrote the formula for Bleed whose Power is already in decimal form and would produce accurate numbers without the /100 in the formula.

I see. Should this be brought up in the GBI or Bug Reports? I'm really enjoying my Neko armors, it's just that the Nekoverlord is kind of underwhelming because I feel like it's not taking Bleed into account properly

I'm not really sure lol maybe the devs have their hands full right now

GBI is a place to discuss imbalance of equipment and suggest ideas to address it, bugs are programming and mathematical errors.
Make a post in Armor/Weapon/Shield/Spell/Misc/Title Bugs.
