Hello. Which are those items that boost damage, Hit%, Evasion%, etc? I know about the necrotic sword but are there others? Especially capes and helms.

"This item does 15% more damage to any monster," does it mean users also ? humans users are not monsters..

Racial damage boosts that state to any monster instead of Chaos/Dragon/Elemental/Human/Undead, indeed apply to the player in PvP as the game engine doesn't have tags to distinguish between Player or Monster.

thank you. also, do the users fall under the category "human monsters" ? or boosts apply to users only when the boost is made for "all monsters" only?

Players are free to become other races through cosmetics, they do not receive any tags, therefore 'all monsters' is the only one that works in PvP.
