The AQ Wiki implies that the split remains 75/25 while Dunamis, Poelala, and Thernda have become 50/50. Unfortunately, the Design Notes do not note the elemental boosters as part of the balance patch, so it's hard to tell if they have been similarly affected.
Also, for future reference, the booster pets are package items. The booster guests are the ones in the UR GGB shop. You titled this booster pets but are referring to the booster guests. It doesn't matter that much in terms of mechanics, but the booster pets are far more usable for most builds because pet slots matter much less than spell slots.
