Any miscs that can increase the likelihood of an enemy being inflicted with them? I could take a shield too, spending SP for the boost, if that's an option.

I'm looking specifically for freeze and thermal shock increases, secondarily, bleed and prismatic burns.

 A few options:

Taladosian Pendant
Cracked Ornament (Rare)
Fu Dog (Technically a pet, but this increase Freeze Chance)
Frost Effigy (Also a pet but increases freeze potency)
Veywild Shield (Rare Contest Item)
Frostwyrm Guard (It looks like you skipped this recent contest but it provides 5 potency)
Snuggleheart Guard ( 20 Burn Potency, Valentines Day)
Umazen Aspis (Shield 20 paralyze potency)
Frostgale's Remorse (+20 Freeze Potency)

 Note that Frostgale's Remorse also provides Paralyze Potence, and Fu-Dog and Frost Effigy affect all effects that are similar to Freeze not just Freeze or Petrify. Frostgale's Remorse seems to only affect Freeze.

There's also Desert Raider Helm, which is just a Cracked Ornament clone.
Emancipator's Radiance (Shield +20 Blind Potence)

Not much benefits Prismatic Burn. The Hollowborn Shields provide Malice Potence, which includes bleeds and Prismatic Burn.

Osiris Pet Scarab provides +20 Bleed Potence.

Aye, quite a few good options but unfortunately, I can't use pets since I combine Katar of Cold and Crystal Flutterby for freeze chance.
I've nothing that paralyzes, can't use that, and a those rare items look sweet but, rare Cracked Ornament would've been perfect! So would the Veywild Shield...

I could go for Frostgale's Remorse, that's still available I hope? That'll help with freezing, but are there others to help with any of the other 3 statuses?

EDIT for second reply: Where can I get Hollowborn stuff? Looks neat

 Hollowborn is rare.

You can find Frostgale's Remorse at: Mage Shop -> Mastercraft Sets -> Frostgale Set (Part 3).

You can find Frost effigy at: Mage Shop -> Mastercraft Sets -> Frostgale Set

I'm in the middle of Frostgale Set Part 3 right now thanks!

Any other items that aren't forever inaccessible? lol

 Don't you have Desert Raider Helm? It's just a Cracked Ornament clone, so it'll work for you.

AQ really does have a rare item problem, though. Desert Raider Helm, Cracked Ornament, and Frostwyrm Defender are all providers of universal status potency, and they're all rare.

I do, yes, and I really need to look at my inventory more often lol... I usually just grab rare items and tuck them away without the intention of ever using them, simply because, they're rare

I guess my hoarding mentality paid off for once haha
