Or in other words, 300 on a stat will cap the increased power on *specific* things. Like backlash damage caps at 300 charisma. Same with booster pets I think. But not everything will end there. It's just coded into some specific items. Damage from your str/int stats cap at 500 on normal attacks/spells, etc, and -500 if you were to somehow nerf a monster down to that low. (It's possible with entangle stacking, using a few different items) Specific to blind, and really, anything, Return on investment tends to degrade . If you were to inflict a blind at 5 turns for 30 blind, and then keep inflicting the same spell/skill..ie effect, the 5 turns keeps staying but the 30 blind might become 60, but it wont continue to grow by 30. It will degrade and maybe only add 20, or 15, or 12, etc as it grows. Same for choke/panic *on most things*, though with panic you CAN get to 0. Choke usually adds turns. There is a method to getting blind to -40k and even higher. I usually go on top of that with a 5-10 turn blind, which will lower it to maybe 1000-something..still unhittable. Granted I have a newer, better, faster method of becoming unhittable so I scrapped that method. I have a hunch there might be an actual cap, just not publicly disclosed. There's caps on most everything else, why not these? I may be wrong.
