Is there a comprehensive list of the Necromancer and Paladin Skills details?

Also the Paladin Skills pedia entry doesn't list the Level 18-20 skills.

Staff never posted a full comprehensive list for Necromancer. They did post it in sections after each phased release, but not like the old days, and didn't post anything for the 16-20 skills.

But I use this armor pretty much exclusively. If you have specific questions I can try my best to answer.
