Hello Guys :)

Just wanted your thoughts on these weapons, they appear to be the only Harm armor-skills in the game (without any triggers, conditions, status, etc). I'm assuming the armor skill is Harm element, as someone else mentioned it was.

Also, they released 3 such "Strike Guardian Weapons" consecutively last year (Darkness + Earth on January 29, Fire on February 5).

Will they also be releasing more than just the current Hydro Strike Guardian blade in the coming weeks?

I personally think the light blue color of the dragon looks a bit weird, so would like to know if other versions might be on the way.

Thank you!

Strike Guardian Blades are usually only released about once per year, or once every few months. I wouldn't expect another for a while.

I like the weapon / armor compression and the harm skills, but I do wish they weren't shapeshifter resists - 39/48/48's decent but 39/42/42 would be great or even down to 39/39 for two elements.

^You mean something like Sinmaw transformation?

I guess it would be nice to have more armors like that.

The resist spread is setup to give the skill good EleComp, a 39/42/42 spread would result in much worse EleComp. Also, 39/39 is not possible within the realm of balance, if you want double res you gatta do 39/41 or 40/40.

To clarify the lv 150 EleComp is 1.26155 for the Sinmaw form, compared to that 1.86xxx for the Strike Guardian Dragon forms

Have the guardian dragon transformations always been harm? I remember the fire guardian dragon form having a fire skill.

And on the topic of elecomp, in the past was there a fixed standard for how much it was? Because Lord of the Sky and WKZ (both old lean skills) have different elecomp. Did the staff back in the day just plug random numbers in lol.

@Kurtz
You're probably mixing up the Guardian Dragon form armors with the Strike Guardian armors. The former do have skills locked to their armor elements (e.g. Flame Guardian Dragon Form). The latter have not had that since soon after the release of the first one: Earthstrike Guardian Dragon.

The old-lean armors used the old elecomp formula. It's on the wiki at Big List of AQ Formulas.

Ok thanks. I was mixing the 2 up.
