drop rate for blade found quest item

i am trying to get the blade of awe and i am currently on the quest for the blade and it feels like no matter how many times i kill the hydra it refuses to drop the blade found quest item does anyone know the drop rate for it

If I recall correctly, back around the time of release, the staff stated that the five items required to make the Blade of Awe starts at 10% drop rate, and then rapidly goes down with each item, with the Runes being 0.1% (or 0.3% from a certain specific monster). Given that the blade is next to last, I'd say it's likely somewhere in the area of 1 - 2%.

 How are you able to fight the Hydra? I can't access to the zone with the hydra, whatever i do and i need it for various quests

I can only go to the hydra zone, but modified and with no hydra monster
