 I know some of the strongest nukes can be done by eat Fear and Eat Panic weapons (Terror Eater and Royal Void Charge) after loading them, but are there others that do similar things, like maybe "eat Daze" or the like?

There's Eat Burn from Neko armors. It eats Bleed as well but the Bleed doesn't add to its damage at all, so it's useless when stacking Bleeds.

There's also an Eat Blind spell from UR GGBs

I dont know if you're asking for all items that "eat" or just weapons, but Fae's Wanderer eats Panic and when released, the eat went into Sp and MP heal but was changed to be split . A much smaller portion heals and more goes into damage. It's potentially nuke-level damage from a pet. Fun to play with.
