I seem to be finding conflicting information online. What is the current best DK build for damage?

Doomknights generally use the same build as BDLs. That is, 200 STR/DEX, 200 END, 45 WIS at max level (90). The reasoning is that your character oftentimes strike no more than twice per turn, so you either reinforce the power of your non-crits with the 200 STR config, or both your direct damage (crits and non-crits) and DoT (Dmk's DoT isn't something to underestimate so long as the opponent doesn't have high Evil resist) with the 200 DEX variation.

I personally like INT cuz even if i deal slightly less dmg on average than with STR, my crits from Blood Rite and when using Red Fruit with Inner Darkness (the final dragon breathing ability) deals more dmg so it feels better

Dex increases both ur crit and non-crit dmg by 5%, so if u have around 100 crit it's the equivalent to getting +10% to either crit or non-crit, however both int and str give +20%, so dex is really inferior. U lose 10% dmg on hits but u gain 50% dmg on DoT. Usually the dot deals about 600-700 dmg, so +50% would be like 350 extra, u'd need to do 3500 with either str or int to make up for it so maybe it does a bit more dmg but then u lose out on the crit stuff with INT and of course it forces u to use lingering doom a lot and also sucks vs evil resistant enemies. Altho if u use evil weapon and corrupt enemies to give them -50 evil it deals even more dmg so that's nice, the best weapon in the game exalted apotheosis does evil

Altho, i deal about 700-750 dmg with blood rite and 200 int, so 10% extra dmg is about 70-75. That means approximately 5 blood rites = 1 lingering doom if u have 200 dex, so it can still beat it out in terms of dmg

^The issue with the max INT construct is because of the nature of the skills you highlighted (BR and (Favor-)Inner) relative to big picture use. BR does have the perk of a 0-CD autocrit, but the HP cost means that its more justified in mowing down war wave mobs (and depending on your comp's performance on animations, Blast is just as favored over it). Favor-Inner is a long-term setup designed to off bosses, so unless you're using high crit rate gear that ain't Uragiri/Veraad (e.g. Threadcutter, Creatioux Claw, Jade Cleaver, Maker-Touched Zweihander) it doesn't really justify much of the INT output since BR is DmK's sole skill that modifies crit rate. And oftentimes, even if they are not Uragiri/Veraad, they can have penalties. In my four wep examples, all of them do not conform to the +10/-20 +All/-Health resist more general (Inn) weapons possess; and Thread, Claw ,and Zwei have low moderate or static damage output. That is why STR/DEX is more realistic. STR due to lack of innate crit% modification and low hitcount, DEX for blanket amplification of all player's damage sources.

Personally, I use 200 DEX, 200 END, 45 WIS if I am doing Inn at the Edge of Time, 200 DEX, 200 WIS, 45 LUK if I am not.
