That shop problem was a bug, and has now been fixed. We would never require the purchase of a random package to access the high level class rewards.

How do I get to Robina to train the Archer class? It's no longer in the "Today's Event" section and the Robina in Battleon only gives the Rogue class.

Yeah, it looks like it's in limbo. Just gotta sit patiently and wait for the staff to add it back in. Hopefully it shouldn't take too long.
