@The Hollow, Would it be possible to also have a Guest version of this Spirit Fox? These Pet + Guest combos are really good, since they have optimum synergy!


Please do consider making a Guest version too, cheers!

Hah nooo, that's just me remembering how much I liked playing Okami when I was deciding on a theme. And sure, we can make a guest version as well!

The Spirit Fox is what everyone seems really excited about, because of the artwork! It might be the most beautiful pet in the game!

The reason so many players are asking for a Guest version is because the Guest version is basically a clone of the pet, but with 1.5x strength and an appropriate SP upkeep.

In my opinion, the Spirt Fox could inflict Spirit Rend on the enemy, along with a MC bonus of Status Potence +20 (exactly like Fu Dog).

That would make it a great addition to any lineup!

I hope the Spirit Fox is a Rare GGB, would make it a lot easier for most people to own what is probably the most beautiful pet in the game!

Rare:
- Kitsune Faces (M & F) (I think these were there before...?)
- Kitsune Fan: Fire weapon that can either inflict bleed or just simple increased damage it seems

Ultra Rare:
- Kitsune Pet: Hmmm, comes in 2 modes. Defensive mode that provides Ice damage reduction based on CHA and END. Offensive mode that provides lesser elemental seeking between Fire/Light/Harm if the foe is bleeding.
- Kitsune Guest: Same but in MP and SP variants
- Squeeeee guest: Another booster
Gotta wait for info subs but I really do like the choices the Kitsune pet/guest have. Goes really well with not just the weapon that inflicts bleed, but also Neko armors which can cause bleed in exchange for extra damage.

There was that one Fire UR guest that exploded but you could not use for the rest of the battle?

Besides that, probably the Contract guests (Shogun & Anatsu and Infernal Pyre Rat). There are 2 guests that technically do more damage because they don't attack 100% of the time (Lord Barrius guest and Grakma).

The bleeding from the Kitsune Fan is quite nice. It is a great weapon if you want Bleed equipment.
