Hello,

As per the title, the item in mention: https://forums2.battleon.com/f/tm.asp?m=22315082

There's two upcoming solar eclipses the 25th of Oct and the 8th of Nov (Sources: NASA, Space, etc)

Can we expect this item to return during those days or the availability of this item no longer ties to this irl event?

It typically arrives a couple of days prior to the eclipse. Although if they are Solar Eclipses that are coming, it will be the Eclipse Shield being released and not the Lunar version. They are exact clones however, just different art.
