Skycastle Mansion Estate
I can't find an entry in the forums. Can someone point one out? This has been out for some time now so I would assume they put it on the House/House Items List but it's not there. :( Help please!

I am currently thinking of selling it and rebuying. I was just curious of how the Interest worked because mine is going to sell for around 32K. LoL

Upon purchase a house will lose 10% of its value (Can be sold for 90% of the initial price) with a +0.5% weekly value increase

So is it based on the original price or how much it's currently valued at?
In other words, does mine make more in one week than one that was just bought?

based on the original value you bought it for. So if you bought it during black friday discount when it was half-off, the 0.5% increase would be the 0.5% of that half price. Whereas if you bought it on a normal day, the 0.5% increase would be 0.5% of the original price. Basically it's simple interest, not compound interest

The resale value is based on the price you purchased it at. So if you buy it during the discount period (8750), then it would start at 90% of 8750 (or 7875) and go up from there. Otherwise if you buy it at the normal price it would start at 90% of 17500.

The implication being that buying discounted houses also decreases the potential sellback potential, but many people don't mind this because they want estate for the periphery benefits. Like potions, paintings, inventory space, warring estates, etc.
