With the increased HP cost are burst spells still worth using? IE: cysero's etc
Obviously damage wise they are still above other spells but in terms of resource efficiency given that soft damage caps seem to be quite common these days would a tome or another spell type be better (standard > efficient most likely to keep damage relatively high for normal mobs) tome providing the added benefit of freeing up spell slots.

The package burst spells like cysero do come with an efficient version. It is worth a pickup still for efficiency and compression.
