What's the best items to reach max Luck? I'm trying a new defensive build and Luck seems quite promising (on paper, at least)

Static Sphere VII +24 luk belt
Azaveyran Farewell III +7 luk bracer
Majjical Owl Wings VII, Soulmender's Cloak III, Soulsmith's Cloak III, Soulweaver's Cloak III, Sparkle Pack III, Stretchy Candy Cape IX, Tytanbone Pack IX, Wastes Wanderer's Cloak III, Wings of Ezrajal III, Wings of Samaranth III
all are +15 luk capes
Ultimate Helm of Everluck +35 luk helm
Charm of Symbiosis V and VI both are+30 luk necklaces
Lost Adventurer's Ring IX +45 luk ring
Carved Dragon Scale V +20 luk trinket
Loser's Club IX, Paper Boat Dagger IX, Twisted Balloon Staff IX mace, dagger, and staff respectively, all +30 luk

 Running the numbers, effectively translates that they are less potent than (Dead) Drop Bear Hat and The Hidebehind both individually (20 and 40, respectively) and combined (60). Even those that do not compromise resistances are better choices.

Don't use LUK items for a defensive build, directly use MPM items to strengthen MPM shields and BPD+All items to strengthen BPD shields and blinds.

MPM items:
-Lance of Awethur/Blade of the Shattered Dream (and its variants)
-The Hidebehind
-Drop Bear Hat
-Defender's Dragon Ring/Relic Deathknight Circlet
-Kittypillar's Pipe
-Inlaid Trithril Belt

BPD items with allres:
-Ancient Energy Blade/Chronomancer's Khopesh/Blade of the Golden Keel
-Wings of the Unraveler/Chaos Champion's Wings
-Protean Symbiotic Helm
-Frostbreaker's Ring/some 5 all ring lol
-Parallel Chaos Amulet/Leaf of Flux/Squirrel Tentacle
-Paper Coil/Altered Vine/Warding Girdle
