It's not a GGB item, but if you want a good dodge-based armor, check out Shadowfall Raiment (Location: Warlic's Shop -> Quests -> The War Between Shadows -> I Name You Deceit) for a powerful armor that's all about dodging. It's main skill decreases enemy BtH and increases your BtH, making it accurate and evasive, and its flavor effect synergizes VERY well with its element. It's a darkness armor, so you'd usually be using a light weapon, and attacking causes the enemy to take progressively more light/dark damage. If you want SPELLS, then... Absolute Darkness (Location: Warlic's Shop -> Quests -> Dragonlorn Keep -> The Far West): Darkness spell that attempts to inflict 9999 turns of Blind, which stacks each time you use it. Also gives your darkness damage a buff for a few turns. Edoc Imanok (Location: Yulgar's Inn -> Memorial Shop): Flat MRM buff, quickcast. For miscellaneous items... Zfinity Gauntlet: Space (Location: Limited Time Shop in August/September): Reduces earth damage taken by 50%, gives two skills. One is +60 MRM once per battle, the other is 50% elemental damage shield once per turn. L'ouie (Location: Yulgar's Inn -> Devourer Saga -> The Beacon): MRM buff, grants backlash effect on block/evade. Has a toggle: Reduce monster BtH, as well as reduce backlash damage. In terms of full sets, the Horo-Show Void Vigilante set (Location: Twilly -> Anniversary Events -> The Dragon of Time -> Bonus) has some truly absurd MRM when all the items are equipped, as well as being one of, if not the only, set that can resist void and harm damage. I know none of these are in the ultrarare shop, but there's really nothing dodge-focused in the UR shop worth getting that I can think of. Better to use that UR to get a powerful armor or weapon. I don't know what kind of build you have, but my personal recommendations for some of the best UR items would be... Hexbound Solar Core: FO fire armor with almost as much light resist, high damage, fire-locked offensive skill that's super cheap. Drakath Fiend Blade: Standard darkness weapon, nothing special, but clicking it gives you Drakath Fiend Form. Dark/ice armor with toggle to lock all normal attacks to darkness damage. Makes it enormously powerful as an ice armor since the elelock is super safe. Void's Edge: Harm-element weapon. Surpassingly plain damage, but reliably deals HARM damage with no damage penalty, no SP requirement, and for very meager HP upkeep (about 15 hp per turn). Great for enemies that resist all the normal 8 elements. Most enemies have 100% harm resist. Grandad's Greatsword: Energy sword, pays small HP upkeep to deal 3x damage on lucky strikes. Combine with other sources of lucky strike rate buffs (shieldcakes, for example) to deal FREAKISH amounts of damage. Arms of the Dragonguard (MP) / Dragonguard Invocation (SP): Fire attack spell, increases lucky strike rate. Scales with Int or Dex. With 250 Int or Dex, gain +10 lucky strike rate (next turn 100% LS rate). Without Int or Dex, gain 5.5 LS rate (55% rate next turn). Timekiller's 3:10: Quickcast spell. Gain +2 LS rate (20% total) and +49 Luk for 3 turns.
