I just wanted to drop by and say I really enjoyed this release, so much so that I ended up playing it through twice. There’s a lot to appreciate here, from the background art in the cutscenes, to the areas the Chosen fights through, the creative monster designs, and the animation of Gaspar and the Mecha attacking and fleeing. It feels like quite an art-heavy release that took a significant amount of time to put together, and the effort really shows. From a storytelling perspective, I loved seeing the way the mecha’s strengths and limitations were portrayed against divine power and giant dragons. Enjoyed the showcase of intellect and competence of the player, and the characters in the world at large outside of the chosen. Gameplay wise, I think the Eclipsus Sentinel represents a good example of what the difficulty level should be for a regular mob. I know that this is supposed to be an end-of-quest monster, but if all regular mobs can pose the same level of difficulty (and surprise) as this monster, it will be a good way to curb player side power creep. Overall, a huge fan of this release and am looking forward to see how this saga wraps up! (P.S., Fix the typo in ZFinity Gauntlet: Space if you have the bandwidth)
