The Dragon War: Part 1
War Camp Image

Adventurer: The fire dragon, Akriloth is perched upon that Volcano. He has summoned firey minions to defend him. We will have to fight our way to get to him!

Akriloth?

Adventurer: Akriloth has been attacking travelers and assaulting villages... and we do not know why. We MUST stop him before he destroys another town!

Twilly: Oh no, oh no, oh no! Fire monsters so scary. How many minions does this Fire Dragon have? Want Twillies to heal you?

Heal Me! (You're fully healed)

Adventurer: It was easy to follow Akriloth's trail of fire back to his volcanic lair. But getting through his army of fire minions will take everyones help! I am glad that you are here. Fighting along side you will be an honor!

To battle!

Akriloth, the fire dragon, remains perched upon his volcanic home, commanding his army to block your path. Along with the help of the other Adventurers, you must fight your way to him. The bar to the left shows how many of Akriloth's forces remain. There are thousands of players on their way to join you in this battle!

Battle Fire Demon

You have defeated Akriloth's General... now it is time to go inside his lair.

Akriloth: Hrmph... so this is how it ends. I have exhausted all of my power summoning these minions. Swing your weapon Adventurer, you have defeated me.
Adventurer: You underestimated us Akriloth. But before I end your reign of terror, tell me why you attack all of those villages.
Akriloth: Attack villages? You were defending him... the one that stole the Fire Orb!
Adventurer: Fire Orb? What is that?
Akriloth: Do not pretend that you do not know. A human in grey robes stole the Fire Orb from me two weeks ago and gave it to the Darkness Dragon. I chased him through your cities and attacked anyone trying to defend him.
Akriloth: The Fire Orb is the source of power for all Fire creatures. By stealing the orb... everything which draws upon the element fire is being weakened. Including your weapons and spells.
Adventurer: We did not steal your Fire Orb, Akriloth. If what you say is true... gray robes? Could that be the Necromancer we fought in the undead war? What advantage is there to stealing your orb?
Akriloth: The Darkness Dragon will steal the orbs power and add it to his own. All monsters and items of Darkness will become more powerful.
Adventurer: I understand now. Akriloth, I am going to help you. If you promise not to attack any more of our towns, I will raise an army to get the Fire Orb back for you.
Akriloth: Human, do you realize what you are saying? The Dragon of Darkness has TWO ORBS now... he will be unstoppable!
Adventurer: *smiles* We beat you...
Akriloth: Very well Human, you have my promise. If you do return with the Fire Orb to me, I will create the most powerful weapon of fire the world has ever seen.
Adventurer: It is a deal!

Congratulations! You have defeated Akriloth's army. However, there is a twist to this story... Instead of slaying Akriloth you discovered the reason for his rage. A Darkness Dragon has stolen his precious "Fire Orb" upsetting the balance of power in the world. The creatures of Darkness are growing in power, and the world is in great danger! It is up to you to set things back normal... but can we defeat this new Dragon in time?

The Dragon War: Part 2
War Camp Image

Adventurer: Thank goodness, you're here! The darkness dragon, Drakath still possesses the Fire Orb. Defeat him and return it in order to restore balance to the world.

Balance?

Adventurer: If we do not get the Fire Orb back in time, the dragon on that hill and his darkness monsters will use it to make all darkness things invincible. Things of fire are already starting to weaken. We must get the Fire Orb back to set things right.

How's it going?

Adventurer: I have never seen fighting like this before. Drakath's army has regular darkness creatures, AND undead ones! Our soldiers moral on the battlefield is soaring now that you have arrived.

Twilly: Lookie at the size of that Dragon! Are you really going to defeat that thing? Let me help! Want Twillies to heal you?

Heal me! (You are fully healed)

Adventurer: It feels strange helping Akriloth... but he did promise to make the greatest fire weapon the world has ever see if we return it to him. Oh, did you hear about the Dragon Blade?'

Dragon Blade?

Adventurer: Yes, several others have seen it when they go on adventures. It it a giant sword stuck in a stone. No one has been able to pull it out yet. It is rumored to do MASSIVE damage to dragons.

Drakath taunts you from his mountain in the distance. The bar to the left shows how many of Drakath's forces remain. There are thousands of players on their way to join you in this battle! Let us leave no creature of darkness left standing!

Drakath's army of darkness creatures has been defeated! This is the moment you have been waiting for... are you ready to face the dragon?
Finding th Dragon Sword first would be a great aid in this legendary battle.

Drakath: GRRR HAAA HAAA HAAA... THEY SENT YOU TO FIGHT ME?
Adventurer: I am here to recover the Fire Orb, Drakath. Return it to me and I will spare you.
Drakath: SPARE ME? GRRR HAA HAA HAA! YOU HUMANS ARE ALL ALIKE. BIG EGOS AND TINY BODIES THAT ARE ONLY GOOD FOR LATE NIGHT SNACKS.
Adventurer: This is the last time I will ask... where is the Fire Orb?
Drakath: I ATE IT! GRRR... WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO ABOUT IT? HAA HAA HAA...
Adventurer: Well, I am going to open you up and get it back!
Drakath: GRRR... HAA HAA WITH WHAT? THAT PUNY WEAPON WILL NOT EVEN SCRATCH ME!

Twilly walks in.

Twilly: Hey! Hey! Lookie what Twillies found! It was stuck in some silly rock. I think it is the Dragonblade-amagiggy! Here you go!

You gain the Dragonblade

Drakath: OH $#!%&!

Battle Drakath

Drakath: IMPOSSIBLE... NO HUMAN CAN BE THAT STRONG *COUGHS*
Drakath: THERE IS SOMETHING YOU SHOULD *COUGHS* KNOW...
Drakath: ... *COUGHS* GRRR... THE ORIGINAL OWNER OF THE ORB *COUGH* WAS NOT...
Drakath: ...

Drakath dies.

Adventurer: You know, it is really bad internet ettiquite to type in all Drakath. Hmmm. I wonder what he was going to say. No matter, it is time for me to return the Fire Orb back to Akriloth.

You have slain Drakath, the Darkness Dragon and recovered the Fire Orb!
... now it is time to return the fire orb to it's rightful owner, the Fire Dragon Akriloth! (If you remember, he did promise something about making the greatest fire weapon in the world)

Several hours later...

Mysterious Necromancer: My... my... my... a very dead dragon. Whatever shall we do?
Mysterious Necromancer: Well, I am a Necromancer... *Prepares to cast*

The Dragon War: Part 3
War Camp Image

Akriloth: Incredible! Your human army was able to defeat Drakath, the Darkness Dragon?
Adventurer: Aye, we defeated the Dragon and his army. But something puzzles me... you said he would be extremely powerful since he had both the Fire and Darkness Orb. I found him to be... well... pretty weak.
Akriloth: *Growls* Perhaps he was unable to use the power of the Fire Orb.
Adventurer: ...
Akriloth: *Growls* The Fire Orb... I can smell it! You have the Fire Orb with you. Give it to me!
Akriloth: You promised to recover it for me! give it to me now!
Adventurer: This all seems very strange. But I was chosen th bring the Fire Orb to you. While this is against my better judgement, I did promise to give it to you. Here it is...

You give the Fire Orb to Akriloth.

Akriloth: *Roar* Haha! I cannot believe you actually brought it to me. I have been searching for hundreds of years! With this I will lead the Fire creatures to conquer the world!
Adventurer: WHAT!? You told us that it was originally yours. You told use that we had to recover it to restore balance!
Akriloth: I lied!
Adventurer: *Gasp* You lied about everything?
Akriloth: Not everything. Haha... I promised you that if you brought me the Fire Orb I would create the most powerful fire weapon the world has ever seen... and that weapon... shall be... ME!!!!!!!!!

Akriloth grows

Adventurer: ... this is bad.

Oh no! Akriloth has used the Fire Orb to increase his power. He is now a level 300 ultra-magma dragon and is rampaging the country side! No one is able to stop him. There is still hope however... There is an ancient Ice weapon that was used to slay great Fire Dragons long ago. If you get it, you may be able to beat Akriloth. But it is guarded by an evil Frost Demon and his horde. Can you get the Ice weapon in time to stop Akriloth from destroying the world?

Adventurer: At last, you have arrived! We need your help to obtain the Ice Scythe. The Ice Scythe will give you the power to defeat the ultra-magma Dragon, Akriloth!

Ice Scythe?

Adventurer: This Ice demon and his horde of ice creatures has stolen countless ancient artifacts over the years. Amongst his stolen treasures is the Ice Scythe. It also has a very powerful special effect....
Adventurer: If you hit the Fire Dragon Akriloth with the Ice Scythe just once, it will drain his power and transfer some of his strength to you. It will make the fight fair... then you can slay that evil Dragon once and for all!

Twilly: Want Twillies to heal you? It is really cold out there, be sures to stay warm with a good fire weapon!

Heal me! (You are Fully healed)

Adventurer: I am so glad you are here. Akriloth is on the rampage agaon torching towns and attacking adventurers! We need to get this Ice Scythe so you can stop him!

Where is Akriloth now?

Adventurer: If you go on random adventures he will attack you at random. No one is safe... and no one can beat him now! We need to get this scythe thing... it is the only way to stop him.

To Battle!

The Ice Demon who stole the Ice Scythe is hiding behind his horde of ice creatures. We will have to fight our way through them together to get the Ice Scythe. There are hundreds of Adventurers on the battlefield now that need your help!

The Ice Demon is all that is left of his once mighty army... and he looks really mad about it!
Defeat the Ice Demon and get the Ice Scythe!

Ice Demon: I stole all of my treasures fair and square! You shall never take them from me!
Adventurer: I am only here for the Ice Scythe, so that we may defeat the Fire Dragon.
Ice Demon: Never! I do not care if the entire planet is destroyed, no one is ever going to take my treasures! I have spent my entire existance lying, cheating, and stealing to get them!
Adventurer: *Furrows brow* Innocent people are being hurt by Akriloth's rampage... you must give me the scythe so that I can defeat him.

Ice Demon picks up the Ice Scythe

Ice Demon: You mean this? Never! you will have to take it from me. As far as I am concerned, you and the rest of the humans can all burn!
Adventurer: Very well then, I challenge you to a duel for the Ice Scythe!
Ice Demon: Haha... a puny human like you? This should be good.

Battle Ice Demon

Ice Demon: *Out of breath* If I cannot have the Ice Scythe.... No one will!

Ice Demon tosses the Ice Scythe onto the ground breaking it.

Ice Demon: Hah... go kill your Fire Dragon with that.
Ice Demon: ... *Coughs* I do not feel so good
Ice Demon: Did I mention that I was keeping all of these Treasures for my Ice Dragon Master. He is going to be really mad that you took it. *Collapse*

Ice Demon falls over and dies

Adventurer: Just great! How are we going to defeat Akriloth now? Wait... maybe Yulgar can fix this! Yes, that's it! I will take the broken Ice Scythe to him right away.

You have slain the Ice Demon and recovered the Ice Scythe... well sort of.
... You took the Scythe to Yulgar and he is working on it right now. It should be ready just in time for the next War night.

The Return of Drakath
War Camp Image

Adventurer: Thank goodness you are here! It is madness out there, they need your help on the battlefield... we must defeat the Undead Dragon, save the townsfolk and recover the Frozen Claymore! Without it we will never beat Akriloth.

Undead Dragon?

Adventurer: The undead dragon... it is sad, he used to be Drakath the Darkness Dragon... but someone has brought him back from the grave to use him against us. He has kidnapped townsfolk and stolen the Frozen Claymore... we must recover the Ice Blade and save the Townsfolk!

Who is Akriloth?

Adventurer: Akriloth is the Great Fire Dragon who has ben rampaging! He kills our friends when they go on random adventures. He also has the Fire Orb which makes him nearly invincible, no one has been able to slay him! But if we win this war and the Frozen Claymore, we can stop him once and for all!

Twilly: Oh no, oh no, oh no! There are so many of them out there! *Grabs onto your leg* Good for you that Twilly can use Moglin magic to heal you!

Heal me!

Twilly: All better! Please do not let them hurt pretty lady Aquella or Yulgar!

Adventurer: The undead Dragon and his minions have kidnapped the townsfolk and stolen the Frozen Claymore! Your fellow adventurers are on the battlefield now. I am so glad you came, without you the situaton would be hopeless!

Defeated Undead Knight: ... Pssst, hey, down here! We have your Frozen Claymore and you are never going to get it back! *cackle* By the way, can you pull this arrow out for me? I have been pinned to this tree for three wars now!

Push it harder

Defeated Undead Knight: OUCH!!!!!!! You are mean! You just wait... when I get free from here I am going to crawl over there and bite you on the toe!

Knock out his teeth

Defeated Undead Knight: *CRUNCH* Hweeeey! Woo wogged oww my tweef! Woo wogged owww MY TWEEF!!! (Man, you really are mean, hehe)

To battle

An undead army of skeletal fiends are defending their master. From the adventurer's camp to the Undead Dragon's feet your fellow Adventurers have rallied to the cause of defeating this evil and saving the prisoners inside. The horde seems unbeatable, but the fate of the townsfolk and the Frozen Claymore is up to you!

Battle Drakath the Undead Dragon

Congratulations! Having defeated the undead dragon, the prisoners have been freed and the Frozen Claymore has been returned to town! I am very impressed you were able to beat this dragon. As a reward for recovering the Claymore you will be able to get it at Yulgar's shop for free (in less than a week when it's released) then it is Dragon Hunting time! Great Fire Dragon Akriloth, we are coming for you next!!!!!!!!!

Moon Called: Our friends are already on the battlefield fighting... they need your help! I have never seen a battle so fierce. But we must win! We must stop the evil fire dragon!

An Adventurer: I am so jealous! I wanted the Ice Claymore from Twilly but he said he was holding on to it for you. You are so lucky! Do not worry, when we finally break through the fire army, I will watch your back when you fight Akriloth!

Evil Firezard Minion: Rarrrwwrrrrraaarrrrr! (Translation: "Akriloth is going to eat you all and go eat your families... ouch, Artix's foot hurts right there.

Enemy Fire Knight: Help! I've fallen and I can't get up! ... Haha when I do get up I am going to stab all of your friends there in the back!

Kick 'em

Enemy Fire Knight: OUCH! That was not very nice... I hope Akriloth breathes fire and burns your house down!

Kick 'em... again!

Enemy Fire Knight: YEOWCH! ... heh... you call that a kick? I bet you get beaten by level 1 frogzards! Akriloth is going to crush your puny human army and eat you as a snack! You do not have a ....

One more, aim low!

Enemy Fire Knight: *Super high pitched voice* ... chance.

Artix von Krieger: I just knew you would be here! Tis' an honor to fight by thy side! I came here to ask Twilly to heal me so I can get back to helping to defeat the fire monsters. That evil Dragon's days are numbered.
Artix von Krieger: Akriloth, the Evil Fire Dragon taunting us from that volcano, has killed many of our fellow adventurers, and destroyed several towns. He even stole the magical Fire Orb which made him nearly invincable!
Artix von Krieger: Since he obtained the Fire Orb, he has been attacking everyone on random encounters. The only thing that could stop him was an ancient weapon known as the Ice Scythe... long story... but it is the Ice Claymore now!
Artix von Krieger: All of the adventurers in the world came together and beat the impossible odds to recover the Ice Claymore; Fire Demons... Ice Demons... Undead Dragons...
Artix von Krieger: ... and now that we have the Ice Claymore, it all comes down to this final battle. All of the adventurers united against the most evil monster in the world! When we get through their troops, you will take the Ice Claymore.....
Artix von Krieger: ... and... BRING THAT DRAGON DOWN! ... we are counting on you.

Twilly: *Huggles* Yea! Now that you are here we will win for sure! Twillies has a gift from Yulgar, it's the Ice Claymore! It does good damage against Fire Monsters, but it will do MASSSSSSSSSIVE damage to Akriloth!

You: I have saved these lands from the greatest monster of all time. I only wish... I only wish that there was some cool theme music to mark this incredible victory.
You: Like a... "Da Daaa Daaaaaaaaaaaaaaa"
You: Or perhaps a... "Do Da Doooooo"
You: DadadadadaDAAAAAAA Dooo da dooooo! Dededededadada! DAAAAAA DAAAAAAA DOOOOOOOOOOOM!
You: ... or something.
You: The important thing is that we were victorious. History was made here... today... on this very battle ground (and I have a really cool sword now too!)
You: But now that Akriloth is gone ...
You: What is next?

Nifaria comes out from the volcano

Nifaria: Do you know you have just done, human!?
You: Whew... I was worried things were going to get boring here for a moment. Erm, *coughs* I mean... Who are you?
Nifaria: I am Nifaria, the Elemental Spirit of Fire! (Read my name tag next time.)
You: I have never seen an elemental spirit before.
Nifaria: That is because you are the first human to do so...
Nifaria: Thou hast slain Akriloth, the most powerful fire creature in this world... are you aware of the consequences of thy action?
You: *Obviously this will require some roleplaying* Mi'lady Spirit... Akriloth was a dragon of evil. He was defeated fairly in battle to protect the innocent.
Nifaria: That may be true, but slaying him has caused a great imblanace in elemental power.
Nifaria: Human, this may be difficult for you to understand... but this world is a battleground for the great elemental beings...
Nifaria: ... by slaying Akriloth you have put all fire beings in grave peril.
You: Are you trying to say by killing Akriloth, that I have endangered all fire beings in the world?
Nifaria: Yes
You: Then why did you not just say that in the first place?
Nifaria: Do not anger me human!
You: (This discussion is getting really heated) Nifaria, what can I do to reset balance?
Nifaria: In my hand is a fire dragon egg... it is about to hatch.
Nifaria: When it hatches in a few moments... it will be the only great fire dragon left in this world...
You: ... (Does this mean I get to kill two dragons in one DAY!?!?!?! OMG OMG OMG OMG!)
Nifaria: You will raise it...
You: RAISE IT!? You want me to raise a baby dragon?
Nifaria: Yes. You will raise Akriloth's only son. Take him with you on your adventures and raise him as you see fit.

Nifaria gives you the egg.

Nifaria: Akriloth's son will grow much faster than the other dragons you have seen...
Nifaria: Try not to let him eat you.
You: *Gulps* I will do my best to raise him to be a noble dragon.. a protector of humans...
Nifaria: *Chuckles* Thou art so going to be dragon food.
You: ...
Nifaria: Farewell...

Nifaria leaves.

You: ...
You: First I slay a dragon... then I get a lecture from some elemental spirit... Now I need to raise a baby dragon? What else could happen today?

Mysterious Necromancer walks in

Mysterious Necromancer: Mwahahahahaha... *hrmph!?* Excuse me... what are you still doing here?
You: I guess that dialogue took a bit longer than I thought. Um... aren't you the Mysterious Necromancer that created the Undead Dragon from the dead Darkness Dragon?
Mysterious Necromancer: Yessss... You have not seen a dead Fire dragon laying around anywhere by chance have you?
You: Why yes... "laying all around" was a good way to put it. He exploded. *Wipes some goo off his foot*
Mysterious Necromancer: Seriously
You: Yes
Mysterious Necromancer: I am leaving.
You: ...
Mysterious Necromancer: Are you sure you exploded him? I mean... an undead super ultra magma dragon would really own in another undead war.
You: He definately exploded...
Mysterious Necromancer: DANGIT!
Mysterious Necromancer: By the way, I just thought you would like to know that I have used evil magic to create an indestructable force of mutant worm monsters which I will unleash on the small defenseless town of battleon soon....
Mysterious Necromancer: Enjoy your victory while you can... DragonSlayer. *mumbles something about exploded dragons under his breath*

Mysterious Necromancer leaves
