click file extensions or when you put the title put .(file type goes here)

I tried this like 5 times.
It never worked.
Nor on IE or on Mozilla.

 Yes you can, but it is a poor program to make sigs with.

Download and install GIMP. If for some reason you can not install GIMP, download GIMP Portable (no installing needed).

How about you read the whole thread before you ask a question next time? I answered this around a page ago. Select the text oor whatever you want to rotate, then press "Shift + R".

I did my sig using GIMP. But without brushes. Question: What's the use of merging layers?

when i tried downloading gimp i downloaded it and went to the GTK+ Runtime environment and it only says switch language and uninstall when can i get the actual Gimp program

My Computer>Local Disk>Program Files>Gimp 2.0>Share>gimp>2.0>Brushes>Drag em and Drop em

(If you have Windows)
