Wouldn't it just be easier to say each attack had 50% chance to attack? Or is the one listed after each attack for the totl chance of attacking, and both attacks have equally big chance of happening if it attacks?
Or should it be: Attack Rate: (55%+(0.50 * [Player CHA]))/2 for each attack?

Z-Tokens (> 1 week) 1,250

and

Attack Rate: 26% + (0.25 * [Player CHA]) (Caps at 50%) or
Attack Rate: 26% + (25% * [Player CHA]) (Caps at 50%).

Otherwise, even with 200 CHA, the attack rate would be a dismal 26.5%, nowhere near 50%.

(The damage displayed in the shop is the damage for the 3-hit attack (ie to find the base & random damage divide it by 3).
