Bio: The youngest twins of the three four witches. Together with Toil and Trouble, they started Mogloween. Bubble's hair enjoy Shakespeare, and are named Rosencrantz and Guildenstern.
Function: Wandering off and having to search for her. She plays tricks on you while you search.
