Choose between Frogzard Form, Firezard Form, Sea Squirt Form*, Rock Golem Form, Two-Bear Form, Raydius Dragon Form*, Trobble Form, Sun-Eater Form, Calladus Form*, Pzycho Fiend Form and Gogg Form.
