Step 1:Open a canvas(mine is 300x100).Fill it with Black.

Step 2:Take a circle brush(white) and brush parallel or in loops(i used loops)

Step 3:Smugde it with any circle brush

b]Step 4:: Do Color>Color Balance

Midtones: -100
-30
30

Shadows: -100
-30
30

Highlights: -100
0
100

For a water effect do filters>noise>pick
set both on 50 and ok

Nice tut dude. Is this your first. I might use it. Just not the pick part at the end. I think the displace filter looks better IMO

This TUT will surely help me in the future. Thankees for this! I like the first result better then the last result wherein the Pick effect was used. I kinda consider it the "Frozen Flame or the Blue Flame". Hahaha!

I'm going to try this, but with different brushes. Let's see how this works out, shall we?

Maybe you guys should blur your outcomes at 0.1-0.2

Most tuts have lots of steps and are done in lots of steps but this one has very few and has a lovely outcome!
This is the first tut I have understood.[:)]

I did everything until the end. I've got to say the results were impressive. But for the end, it's better if you do Filters<Distort<Waves.
This makes it look like a pond sort of
