I don't think there were any "good ol' days" ... I've been here since the beginning and have yet to make it to level 18. The special shop ... I want it ... the game isn't casual enough. EXP is just a pain to get!

i thought there was a major glitch in the game when i killed hot dog in 1 hit

and that mega spider was impossible

You can still get precision heads from hospital salvage shop.

I remember not being able to afford anything apart from the Newbatron. And getting owned by those SS on the ship. The Hunters were easy, the other one wasn't, lol!

On that topic, I remember rushing out after my last class of the day to sign up for the game. I told my driver for the day to wait, got on IRC, and refreshed until the game was released. Got the three accounts as fast as clickably possible. :P

I remember being so surprised when I saw the price of the 1st mech and beating the pizza missions before the hats did anything on the 1st day.

Release was at 5. I didn't see a point in skipping school.

I remember when haircuts were free...

and there was no farming to get to the level cap because that was 4


but there was serious farming to get a slightly better mech than the newbatron v1.

It was so ace when level 20 enemies gave out 2k credits each. It was so much easier to farm and get new mechs then, especially since the mechs are still the same price

Yeah, I remember the pre-registration and the release of the shuttle. And I also remember being stuck at the level cap (of 6, I think) for about two weeks before we finally made it to Soluna.

Oh, of course! I remember I'd jump out of it until he gave me the helmet, then I'd log off (removing the helmet), log in, and repeat. Kind of like the DF prologue: Bored, bored, bored, bored, bored, bored, bored...
