Self Description:The purpose of this thread is for to introduce oneself and to get to know the other members, if indeed it is still in use, so I assume Greetings are in order; if they matter all that much. After all suns still dance through blackened sky weaving the memories of each searing trail upon the retinas of the eye. Muted dust turned to broken chain, lifeless blowing life upon the living as shadows glide beneath the light, just the pale lines of flaccid truth that cast contrast upon the chilled veil of lies like dust scattered in the wind. Skin crawls, ripples, and finally peels away beneath the weight of unbroken sod as breaths quiver and fade. Coffins for every crib are made as seconds march on to the sounds of shifting dirt and hour chimes carve solemn epitaphs in unborn stone. Another waiting coffin with the door flung open wide waiting for a corpse to step inside, dressed in white, name it's bride, and become mien calloused coughed camp of kampf, cursed with cramp, but the price is right, an eye for an eye makes the whole world bright.

Cribs for every coffin now, not that that changes a thing. In the end all that really matters is your fitting; big or small, crisp or raw. But I fear my point is vanishing beneath the breaking strings as puppet words reach up to pull on master's arms and set this spinning top upon itself. I am myself, or so others keep telling me. And in the hope of labeling myself until I have something tangible enough to actually label I will classify myself as one of those hopeless intellectuals waiting for the world to come to grips with its own impossibility; we are a mindless race hell bent upon the construction of patterns where patterns can not be found and so we craft morals and guidelines and limitations upon the creative flares of individuals all in the name of protecting the unity of conformity.

Always waiting as marbled words slip free to from cageless bars. Glass opals rippling in the fading light of truth(less) supposition till they fall crashing upon the stagnant crystal pool. Cracks spider free beneath the unending cascade and rippling shards send fleeting trails of light dancing across the stitchless walls of padded white. The world convulses, pulses, and then collapses beneath the crushing weight of letters linked together. Silence comes, light fades and colors blur as creation morphs with destruction and leaves only mundane repetition to fill the void of perception. Motionless shadows slide without bodies across the patched walls, thin fingers wriggling in the shallow depth, and tear away the white washed reality. As white turns to white and grey molds with grey the words fall in soundless torrents to echo about the box, the world, the stitchless patched walls that stretch on forever to press and squeeze until all that is is same.

Still cycles turn, stilled words unspoken echo, re-echo and vanish into being as the satin pillows close in and darkness turns to pitch black light. Sanity in sanity becomes little more than insanity beneath the hail of marbled words that make cracks spider across the sane (in)sanity of expression.

Enough with the mindless drivel. I am so full of pointless nonsense barely strung together by that fifth, or maybe it was twelfth, cup of coffee that I must hide myself behind a wall of meaningless words and needlessly purple prose...
What do you do: Honestly, I write... but I have been told that is not a proper job so I have been looking around
Favorite Anythings: I don't really have favorites of anything, Piers Anthony and Terry Pratchett have some wonderful satire and Ender's Game and Dune are enthralling as well
Favorite L&L Writing: nothing has stood out yet, likely because I haven't done much looking
Favorite L&L Poetry: again nothing has stood out yet (same reason)
Your Narratives: Dawning of an Age, will post bits now and again when I need more critiques for sections

Self Description: Eh, procrastinator, but I get the job done. Anime/manga fan, very much so. Probably very sarcastic and dry, but I enjoy company. It's just that I sometimes drive people away.
What do you do: Nothing much. Student, applying for lots of different things.

Other Notes: Nothing much to add. I just have to say that my personality varies quite a bit. Though I tend to pretend that everything is fine on the internet. It's quite rare to catch me in a bad mood on the internet. And I just have this obsessive desire to buy things for other people.

Name: Real life is classified, otherwise i'm green_girl02, GG, Greeny, or anything to do with green... dont really care. i like it when people get creative.

Self Description:
Visually: mid-neck length brown hair currently (the exact shade of brown changes. i am a natural brunette, however, i'm always dying it. i like a dark brown.), slightly tan skin, insanely blue eyes, kinda on the short side.
Mentally: I like to think things through, attempt to write on the deep side. Everything I do, i like to have a point to it (be it a moral of the story or a look at life thats different than normal, forcing you to think).
What do you do: live, breathe, regenerate new cells when others dies, etc. on a more serious note, I am a student, a lifeguard, an author, a poet, and a songwriter.
Favorite Anythings:
Food: CHOCOLATE!! (PoeticSpanner can attest to that...lol...) especially dark chocolate.
Music: A lot of everything, but recently been craving tons of classical stuff.
Books: Sci-Fi, Fantasy, Mythology (especially greco-roman and egyptian), the 'Classics' (well, trying to work my way through as many as possible), Jane Austen

Self Description: I used to be a terrible writer, so I quit. I returned a year later and somehow had gained the skills of some pro's. If you would like to see the difference in my writing skills from before and now, you will be amazed. I think I am born to be a writer.

What do you do: Learning computer developing and design.

Favorite Anythings: Baseball, guitar, and skateboarding. I have a nerdy side where I play out my own stories in real life and pretend things like I'm in the middle of a war zone, and I also have come up with some extremely interesting ideas that I could take far with just from goofing off when I'm alone. I'm one of the most creative people you will meet. :)

Other Notes: Bleach and Scrubs have to be the most brilliant shows on the planet. :)

Self Description: Eh, tall, slight, horribly cynical and sarcastic, friendly, serious, funny, and full of contradictions!
What do you do: Watch funny videos, study, write, listen to Voltaire (When you're evil...), eat, ride my bike, and rest tranquilly in my Zen garden...not really.
Favorite Anythings: I love Michael Moore's films, as well as the actors Hugh Laurie and Christoph Waltz. I have a teeny-tiny huge crush on Cote de Pablo (Google her), I like Voltaire (musician and philosopher), Law and Order is a wonderful show, as is NCIS. Self Description: I believe that I have a fluctuating personality. I'm very immature outwardly, but I like thinking when the world doesn't need me to attempt to help make someone's day. Also, time means little to me. It really wouldn't make much of a difference if I died of cancer while relatively young or if I died of old age. I'm very laid-back and lazy like that. >.>
What do you do: It varies. A lot. One day, I like to play games. The next, I like to write. The day after, I like making systems. Yeah.

Your Narratives: I posted a poem and a short story awhile ago but it got deleted. Something about being accepted in "english 101" on this forum. Now I'm working on "Warpforce Troopers Chronicles." Hopefully my ideas can catch up with my story. Besides that I've done a lot of creative writing back in High School, wrote a movie script and a couple of non-Battleon related to another game I played a long time ago.
Your Poetry: I posted a tongue-in-cheek haiku that nobody understood. It was about a game where if you lost, you'd get kicked in the groin but people thought I was talking about rock-paper-scissors...
Other Notes: Remember I mention I wrote a script? It got turned into an indie short. I was also director of photography for this other short which scared the living poo out of the younger members of the audience where it was screened at. That was nice. It's funny how I ended up doing those two gigs. I got no formal education/training or whatever in doing them.

Favorite L&L Poetry: I don't scan around for Poetry much, so excuse me, if I don't have any here.
Your Narratives: My Book of Vereriaz, will have a few short BOOKS size, upon completion, I am currently around a fourth of the way done, with the first of three or four books.
Your Poetry: I do some poetry here and there, nothing special.
