Special:
- If your enemy is in an equipabble mecha (I.E. PvP or mecha-type enemies), each hit has a chance for "Gummed up the works! ____ Stuck!", forces 4 turns of cooldown on a random weapon equipped to the opponent. This can happen more than once per use.
- If your enemy is in a non-equippable mecha (I.E. monsters and non-playable mecha), each hit has a chance for "Weapon Systems Gummed Up -50% Damage!", decreases opponent's damage by 50% for 2 turns. Can only happen once per use, stacks with other similar effects.
- If your enemy is in a non-equippable mecha (I.E. monsters and non-playable mecha), the last hit has a chance for "Supercharged Shot! Bonus Damage", does about 250% damage.
Description: Fires webbing at your opponents! May cause your opponent's weapons systems to get stuck.
