Objective: Search the mounds of sparkling snow until you have found the hidden Slay Bell!
Objective completed: Of course! Cysero has LOTS of experience with this kind of thing! Hopefully he'll be able to transform everyone back to normal... but you never can tell how useful he is going to be...

On Act 5
Chilly: The Slay Bell shouldn't be too hard to find, Just look for the freshly fallen, sparkling snow mounds.
Chilly: As soon as you've got it, I will be able to activate the Frost Moglin armor suit for you!
On Act 6
Chilly: This portion of the tale details how you looked through the sparkling mounds of snow.
Maya: You needed to find the hidden Slay Bell for Chilly to activate the armor for you.

After you've found the Slay Bell hidden under the snow mounds:
<Character>: I found the Slay Bell! How's it going Chilly?
Chilly: Great! I've made some of the modifications that I wanted.
Chilly: If you have to battle any monsters, this should really knock their stockings off!
<Character>: Well, like I said, I've got the Slay Bell right here!
Chilly: That's good news! In a few minutes I'll be ready to power it up.
Chilly: When you're ready to try it on, just meet me by the statue of Loremaster Maya and we'll power it up!
Chilly: Did you find any clues out there while you were looking for the Slay Bell?
<Character>: No, but I had an idea. I'm going to take your dad to see the one person who might be able to help.
<Character>: He's kind of an expert on accidentally changing things into other things.
<Character>: If Cysero can't help us, then I don't know who can.
