Type of bug (Game crash/blackscreen, glitch, graphical error, typo, etc.): Stat bug Bug details: Today, I noticed I lost 5 Charisma, and it appears to be "semi-permanent": it stays at 195 (normally 200) no matter what battle I'm in, but it is still 200 on my character page, and I strongly suspect if I log out it will revert to 200 (I don't want to for the sake of my Dragon Scepter). I also have no idea if the change actually affects my pets. Oh, and when I try to train my CHA it lets me fight the battle but afterward it says an error occured (no surprise there, it would be even more of a bug if it let me have 205 CHA). Before bug occurred: I don't know exactly when it occured, because I don't check my stats all the time, but I do recall fighting two stat-changing enemies today (Vamp Handmaiden and Granny, the latter several times). Still worth figuring out what went wrong.

Type of Bug: Stat bug After fighting the Granny monster in the Frostval war, and I was using the Power Shard Hogg IV (which boosts strength and endurance by 40 each) her attack says she drained 90 endurance, which reduced mine to 0, and after the battle, my strength went down to 160 (I normally have 200), and my endurance was reduced to 10 (I normally have 50). This lasted more than one battle. Before Bug Occurred: I had my stats at their regular levels. Type of bug (Game crash/blackscreen, glitch, graphical error, typo, etc.): DoT errors Bug details:If a Dot effect is in play and another elemental DoT is used but misses, the original turns left for the original DoT continues, but the original DoT element is replaced by the missed DoT attacks element. (Ex. Energy burn replacing Fire burn.) Before bug occurred: During Bug:See Above. After bug:See Above. Item Bugged:Different equipment with Burn DoT effects.

ok, i dont know if this is a bug, but i literally have been trying to get the dragon blade from the quest for 7 hours, and haven't gotten it once.

When I go to the travel map it tells me to become a guardian to access all areas but I AM a guardian and CAN access ALL areas. I've been a guardian for YEARS. How come it's acting wacky

After bug: Can't do anything, but the game didn't actually freeze... my character is still breathing... Game Engine: undefined Fixed on my linux system (Gentoo) by disabling the 64 bit flash plugin and only compiling the 32 bit version, and then installed the wrapper to load the 32 bit plugin in a 64-bit browser.

Database Communication Error: Bug details: When trying to equip an item or (more frequently) casting a spell, the Movie Clip required won't load. Before bug occurred: I would click a spell and it would cast normally. I've also been experiencing the BSoD and blank screens when trying to load quests, so I assume there is a problem with the AE servers. I'll try playing AQ on another computer ASAP. SOLUTION I've added this because I know how the error could be fixed; providing a discreet button labeled "Re-send request" would allow the game to resume normal play if previous request(s) hadn't gone through. During Bug: Gameplay is suspended because spell doesn't load. After bug: Gameplay is suspended indefinitely. I have previously experienced episodes where the request to the AE database goes through but takes several seconds for a response, but this is indefinite. It's not performing to expectation. For reference: Dr. Voltabolt's Lightning With my character's stats ( linky Frelance linky), boosted by Power Shard VI: Dr. Boom to 245int, 200dex, 80luk, I have full accuracy with the spell Dr. Voltabolt's Lightning against Combat Practice Trainer, so accuracy is not a factor in the spell's damage. Mr.Trainer has 100% elemental defense modifiers, so that also is not a factor. I wore Guardian Plate armor, wielded Spear of Awe, and carried Eye of Naab for my tests, so none of my gear should be a factor. My class is Scholar, my subrace Dracopyre, also not factors. SO. Spell damage is expected to average 2 hits * ( 54.5 base + 97.5/2 random + 5.53 * ( 245/4 int + 80/20 luk ) /2 ) = 567.33 per cast I checked the old int/8 formula just in case, the expectation would be 397.98 My average from 100 test casts was 365.48 Not even one single cast, even the 2*luckystrike ones, met the 567 number. SUP? Bug details: new quest illogical army for april fools (2011 obv) once they're finished speaking theres a go to war button and once i pressed it nothing happened, i reloaded multiple times and stuff and it still didn't work. Problem: Quest restarting during battle Cause: warning/message scroll appearing Details: I was playing the pirate class quests (leveling up to level 4, my character is a level 38 X guardian) I rested then lost the roll after finding the treasure and was attacked by a deckhand (level 43) the menu scroll popped up saying "mutiny" or something and the attack menu covered it, I clicked the button on the scroll (it was partially visible) and another scroll appeared, I clicked it and I was on another new pirate quest. I fled the battle, returned to battleon and logged out. Given the variable outcome which caused the glitch is why I did not try to encounter the error again.

when i had a roll lower than the requiremnt and my stats boost it right to where it meets the requiremnt like if you need an 80 for a stats roll that need dex and you get a 65 and your dex makes it an 80 it fails you is that a bug?

Even if I click "save" next to name and password, the next time I open Firefox, they aren't saved. Also, my Options in-game aren't saved. Before bug occurred: These things were saved, even when I cleared my cache. Now, they only stay saved until I close Firefox. When I open Firefox, they are cleared again. I have noticed that when I am fighting monsters I will see a damage splat of some low number, yet my HP bar will drop as though I'd been hit for a whole lot more. It isn't that multiple attacks aren't splatting,

are you using the Nemesis series? sometimes when the Backlash activates, the damage shown is the damage dealt back to the enemy, which is fairly a small amount compared to the actual damage received (11.9%)

No. Type of bug (Game crash/blackscreen, glitch, graphical error, typo, etc.): Unclickable button talking to Robina in Yulgar's Inn Bug details: Wanted to replay the Truphma Saga from the beginning. So, I clicked on Robina and wanted to click on the "Truphma Saga Part 1" button. But all that appeared was the weird message you get when clicking the Axe on Yulgar's desk. "Shop smart, shop Yulmart." or something - I don't remember the exact message. I clicked over the whole button, and I always recieved the message. Can't therefor access Truphma Saga 1. Tried it with 3 different characters (one of them even registered to check) and two different browsers, so I don't think that causes the problem. Before bug occurred: Wanted to replay the Truphma saga. During Bug: Am not able to access Truphma Saga 1. After bug: Started with Part 2 - here the button worked normally. Item Bugged: A button when you want to access Robina's quests. Bug details: The game randomly just doesn't load whatever's next. From login to weapon/armor switch to next attack to entering Guardian Tower to ANY and EVERYTHING clicked on. Before bug occurred: The game loaded and ran like a dream with the rare occasional glitch, which was no big deal. During Bug: The game is impossible to play. I've completely given up as of today and that makes me sad. :( After bug: The bug has become such a pain that I don't bother. "After bug" is yet to be seen. Item Bugged: Any. Happens at random. Other Equipment: Any. Happens at random. Screenshot link: Not sure how to do that. Bigpepp: I enountered the same thing while using Google Chrome's latest version. But I noticed that preferences are saved if you do not clear your cache and delete temporary cookies - one of my rituals when I am checking the net. Doesn't bug me all too much tho. Q.
